Happy Third Birthday My Wacky, Weird, Wonderful Little Girl!

I came up with a list of interview questions to ask the kids each year on their birthday. It will be fun to compare their answers this year to those five years from now. And then we can look back at the old answers and laugh.

Here are L's Year Three Answers (with my commentary):

How old are you this year? 3

What is your favorite thing about being 3? Mulan (a Disney doll she got for Christmas that she is currently obsessed with)

What do you miss most about being 2? No more binkie (It hasn't happened yet but she's been warned that big girls don't have them)

What is your favorite color? Red

What is your favorite toy? Make-it-go-round (Merry-Go-Round)

What is your favorite TV Show? Strawberry Shortcake (We have one episode and she's watched it thirty times)

Who is your best friend? Poppy (A girl in her class, I think she just likes saying the name)

Tell me a funny joke: knock knock, who’s there? Dad. Dad who? You put daddy in the garbage and throw him away. Ha Ha. That a funny joke. (I thought it was pretty funny! Keith...not so much)

What is your favorite food? Yogurt (not really, but it was in front of her at the time of this interview)

What do you like to wear? Flower shirt

What makes you happy? Mama and Jackson (sorry dad! maybe when you get out of the garbage)

What makes you sad? Everything

What do you want to be when you grow up? 4 and be a mom (Awwwh)

Where do you want to live when you grow up? Far away at Nina and Papa’s house

How many children do you want to have when you are married? 2

Who will you marry? Baby Jesus (She wants to be a nun! My grandmother would have been thrilled)

The thing I love most about myself is: Funny (My favorite thing too)

What is your favorite thing to do? Trains (Prompting from J - HIS favorite thing)
