Yes, We Do Have Other Children!

L's first day of school

L did not start school until September 17th. Don't get me started on why, you just have to know that Montessori does things their way and each new child has their own start date. So I'm just now into the whole "two kids in school" thing. And she loooooves it.

To celebrate, E and I went to the zoo today with friends. He is a great little companion - no pestering for food, no reason to strategically avoid the petting area, no complaining because we're not spending all of our time in the dirty playground area. He is just happy looking at kangaroos and lions.

We're going to get along just fine.
